Our Health and Wellbeing Team can help your family member stay safe and independent at home by providing support, assistance, reassurance and companionship. They can also assist with personal care, prepare meals, manage medication, clean the house or simply offer some company. With a personal carer at hand, it will give you peace of mind that your loved one is receiving the care they need.

Our assistance is not only provided within the home. Our team is fully insured to take your family member out to participate in activities such as shopping, going for a walk or visiting a café. Whatever their interests and hobbies, we want to help them make the most of their day.

How We Can Assist
  • Social interaction in the community
  • Support with using public transport and escorting on journeys
  • Company whilst doing hobbies
  • Food preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Emotional support
  • Help with everyday tasks such as shopping
  • Support on a day trip
  • Personal care and continence needs
  • Moving and handling

Our minimum visit time is 45 minutes and can be for as long as you choose, as we believe that care visits should not be rushed or seen solely as a task to be completed. We want to build a mutual and trusting relationship with your family member and we believe this is done through longer visits where rapport can be established.

Before we deliver care, we make sure we fully understand your family member’s needs so we can provide a personalised service that best meets their care requirements. By delivering care in their home, it enables your family member to stay in the place they feel most comfortable.
