We believe it is entirely possible to live well with dementia. Our Health and Wellbeing Team is specially trained to provide quality dementia care, with the skills and knowledge to support your loved one in an informed and compassionate way. We understand that each person experiences dementia in their own way so a “one size fits all” approach is not appropriate. We offer a personalised service so your loved one receives the care that is best for them and their particular experience with dementia.

How We Can Assist
  • Social interaction in the community
  • Support with using public transport and escorting on journeys
  • Company whilst doing hobbies
  • Food preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Emotional support
  • Help with everyday tasks such as shopping
  • Support on a day trip
  • Personal care and continence needs
  • Moving and handling

Before delivering care, we ensure the time is taken to get to know your loved one so we can create a bespoke care plan that is as unique as they are. This means you can feel assured that they are being well-cared for by someone who fully understands and attends to their needs.

Our team will support your loved one for as long and as often as they need. Our minimum visit time is 45 minutes as we believe that quality care cannot be provided in a shorter timeframe. Your loved one’s care is not a task to be rushed under time restrictions, so we provide longer care visits where thorough care can be provided and a trusting relationship can be built.
